This beautiful property is located on 1.5 acres in the hills above Tecate. Citrus trees line the property, which also has a separate game room which can double as a dormitory or guest house. The house is a split level, with a master bedroom upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a beautiful walk-in closet, while the downstairs bedroom has two queen beds available for use. The property has covered parking and is suitable for families. The space The kitchen is outfitted with utensils and dinnerware, and towels, toilet paper, and soap/shampoo are also provided. Space also has sheets and blankets available, as well as a refrigerator and stove/oven. Guest access There is a small guest home in the corner of the property that is currently occupied by a tenant. Guests will be able to access the rest of the entire property, including the game room. Other things to note There are two small, friendly dogs that live on the property, along with two cats.
