Beautiful 6 bedroom home/bonus room with river views! Walk downtown and enjoy Stillwater’s historic main street with fabulous restaurants, boutiques, antiques stores, charming old pubs and beautiful parks. There are a number of activities in the area! License #2017-01 A unique larger home with river views in a quite neighborhood and walking distance to town. Our property has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14 comfortably. 5 bedrooms are in the home and the 6th bedroom is above the detached garage which is included booking 12 + guests or optional with a fee. Each room in the home has one bed that sleeps 2 and the bonus room has 2 beds that sleeps 4. We have a large kitchen and family room to accommodate larger groups or to enjoy all to yourself. Stillwater is an old historic river town will many shops, tours, sites to see , old time pubs and excellent restaurants. Guests will have access to the home and the bonus room which is only included when booking 12+ guests. If you would like to add the bonus room there will be and additional fee charged. The bonus room is seasonal from April - October and does include air and heat. This space does not include a restroom but is a close walk to the home. We are not allowed events so the maximum persons allowed on the property at any given time is 16 total including guests staying. We will have our garage, basement and a few closet/pantries locked so those areas locked will have our personal items and prohibited. We will welcome our guests and will be available for most of their stay. We do disclose that we have an Arlo doorbell outdoor video that we mainly use for package deliveries. This is also is a safety feature for our guests during their stay. This is a very calm and quiet neighborhood! Most traffic is by foot or bikes. Enjoy morning coffee or tea from one of the decks and enjoying the beautiful views of the river.We have an outdoor fire pit to enjoy the evening outdoors or call it a camping experience. There is also a outdoor gas grill for any meals you would like. The St Croix Valley is one of my favorite places to be and you can enjoy doing several activities. You can rent a boat, hang at one of the nearby beaches or just enjoy from the park. We are near 25 miles from the airports. Take 494 East which turns into 694 North all the way to Hwy 36 and go East (Stillwater Exit). Go approx 5 miles and you will come into Oak Park Heights/Stillwater. Continue thru 3 stop lights and turn Left onto Osgood. Go thru the stop light to the following stop sign and turn Right onto Orleans. Drive to the end of that road and our home is on the Left corner of Orleans and 2nd Ave. Stillwater is a great place to visit and enjoy the St Croix River! We have a variety of high star rated restaurants in town and I personally think they are some of the best.
