Renovated 2023! We are 50 steps from a beautiful, private, pristine beach! You’ll love the location, spacious living areas, kitchen & bedrooms with natural light coming in from 3 sides. It’s great for couples, friends & families and it’s ideal for 2 families to share because it sleeps 10. We’ve also hosted couples & couples with 1 or 2 children because they like our home & location. The whole place is yours! 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms & 4 decks. It’s full of natural light & is extremely spacious. The 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 4 decks home is for your use. I am always available to help throughout your stay. I ask my guests to let me know if everything is in order upon their arrival. But if you have any concerns at all throughout your stay, contact me as well. We truly want you to have a lovely getaway. Let me know if you need linens, towels, bath mats, dish towels or beach towels. I can help you rent them for the best rates in the area. There are 2 king beds and 6 twins. Also remember to bring toiletries and paper products (including toilet tissue, napkins, paper towels, plates, hand soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent etc.) The private beach & ocean are steps away. There is always plenty of room on our beach to fly kites, throw a ball, play frisbee, horseshoes, or beach volleyball using our community net. Umbrellas and canopies are allowed on the beach, but they are not allowed to remain on the beach overnight. There are beach chairs for you to use. They are in the unlocked storage room which is located in the back left of the carport. They are functional, but not beautiful. There is also a charcoal grill & Plenty of sand toys in the storage room. Our driveway is concrete and the neighborhood roads are flat, so it’s perfect for biking. Our community, Tower Shores, is next to the Delaware State Park and Nature Preserve. Fishing is allowed on the State Park beach, so bring your poles! There are 4 roads in our small, private community. They are Admiral, Bay, Cove & Dune (A, B, C, D) and Ocean Road that connects them. Matts Fish Camp, an award winning restaurant is at the other end of our street on Rte 1. It’s a short walk. We have a highchair, a pack’n play, a bedrail & a baby gate for you to use for your little ones. Please make sure you clean & sanitize the baby equipment before & after use.
