The home has been set up with young families in mind. The nursery features black-out blinds, changing table, two full-sized cribs or toddler beds, plus a sleeper sofa. On-hand we have high chairs, baby bath, bouncers, white noise machine, etc. The home is also equipped with a wide range of toys, games and activities for children aged 0 through 8. Guest access Entire property Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cookware, wine fridge, a well-stocked pantry, all sorts of gadgets and equipment including espresso machine & bean grinder, mixer, blender, waffle maker and ice cream machine. The multiple temperature zones are controlled via Nest, in-built speakers indoors and out are controlled via Sonos, and content may be streamed via Roku. Two of the bedrooms feature work-desks and comfortable office chairs for remote working. The home is also equipped with a wide range of toys, games and activities for children aged 0 through 8. Your kids will never be bored. They can learn to ride balance bikes or pedal bikes on the tennis court, kick soccer balls, play totem tennis, dig in the sandbox, jump on the trampoline, ride on the roller-coaster, splash in the water table, launch stomp rockets, blow bubbles, make popsicles, pull each other in the wagon. You name it, we have it on hand.... (except X-boxes / Nintendo sorry). During the summer months the 18 x 42 foot pool features a child fence, gas heating and eco-friendly heat-retaining cover. We have all manner of Sunnylife pool floats. The hot tub seats 4-8. The living room features a fireplace, perfect for cozy days and nights in the cooler months.
