The *Kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, plates, silverware etc. but no stove. The open living room has TV, WiFi, Books, Movies & Games are available upon request. There is a washer + dryer in the unit. It has a wonderful outdoor deck that most guests enjoy and to sit among the tree tops for their morning coffee and to plan the day. Plenty of space, comfortable resting spots and lots of natural light. Lots of artwork as well! The apartment is fully equipped with linens, blankets, towels and toiletries. The Bedroom has One Full Bed and One Single Bed. The Living room has a sleeper sofa for Two and a single day bed. Parking - Free Street Parking is Available around the house (which is normally very limited in Chicago). We can also save you a spot in our driveway for an Additional Fee. Neighborhood - It's a ten minute walk to the beautiful beaches and run/walk/bike trail. You can walk to a large park with a Golf Course, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studio, and live music. We live in a diverse neighborhood so you can eat ANY style food, food from around the world or just get good pizza or other food delivered! Transit - We live a One block from the Metra Train which is 18 minutes to Downtown Chicago, 10 minutes North to Evanston/Northwestern University and 30 minutes North to Ravinia Festival. It's a 15 minute walk to Loyola Campus. 7 blocks to the Red Line "L" Morse or Howard Stops on the RED LINE which is a 25 minute ride to Wrigleyville or 35 minutes to downtown. There are three bus lines within a few blocks. These ALL provide easy access to downtown Chicago, Wrigleyville (for a Cubs game) or up to Evanston/Northwestern University, Loyola or the North Shore.
