This is a non-smoking, family oriented 1 bedroom apartment in a triplex located on Ensenada Ct in South Mission Beach. It sleeps up to 3 adults using a rollaway twin bed. We are 2 blocks from Belmont Park. Also, just a heads up that we have a wonderful yellow Labrador pup named Jojo. She can be a bit barky before getting to know you. I will make a point to catch you to introduce you to her after you check in. She is super sweet just a little protective of her yard till she gets to know you. The space Remodeled 1/26, pictures to come. This is a 1 bedroom non-smoking apartment, located in a triplex on Ensenada Ct. We have a unique yard for lounging, sunning, dining and bbq'ing. We live upstairs and have a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor we rent to vacationers. Guest access You will be given a parking space in the garage. The length is 18', height is 6'8" tall and the width is about 6'6". Please know you are sharing the space with the other guests who have the same dimensions. You may want to pull in your mirrors and unload passengers 1st. You will have to do a 3 point turn to get into the space straight. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a kayak to share. There is a gas BBQ and a Weber Grill in the yard to use as well. We have a laundry room we share on the ground floor. You will be given a code to the side door from the patio to the apartment marked 814. Other things to note We do not allow pets. The property is a shared space, emotional support animal/service animal are not permitted as they could create a health hazard to other guests on the property. -In the event you have to cancel, there will be a $100.00 service charge deducted from the amount refunded. Keep in mind I have a 60 day prior to arrival cancellation deadline. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival and I am unable to rebook the dates at the same rate you will not be refunded.
