The space Summer Cooling Note : To help keep you comfortable during the warmer months, we provide a portable AC unit in the space. While it does a good job of taking the heat off, please note that it is a portable unit and not a silent, hotel-style central air conditioning system. Please note that you may occasionally hear footsteps from the residents upstairs. Since this is a spacious 5-bedroom apartment, we suggest light sleepers choose the quieter basement bedrooms rather than those on the ground floor. We also highly recommend bringing your own earplugs to ensure a completely restful night. By airbnb policy we will ask you to leave immediately if you don’t follow the house rules : No party, No loud music, No pets, No smoking/marijuana/cannabis ...Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside. We have exterior camera to monitor the entrance. Only registered guests in the reservation are permitted on the property. All children are counted as number of guests in the reservation. We don't accept children under 12 years old. We do not make exception. Extra guest fee is 35$ CAD per person per night. Check in at 18h00 - Check out at 12h00. Please take off your shoes when you get in, keep the place clean, wash your own dishes after use and turn off the light, all electrical appliances when not in use . To avoid plumbing problem that will disrupt an enjoyable stay, please put the sanitary napkins in the garbage bin that we have provided near the toilets. We provide enough toilet paper, soap, garbage bag , laundry detergent ... to get your stay started any additional supplies can be purchased at local store. We recommend long stay guests to bring their own towels. Please remember that is our house, not a hotel. Your help is greatly appreciated . Thank you.
