Safe, secured., near all. The space The house has been completely re-modeled, all new appliances and furniture. We have a large compound with plenty of private parking inside the yard. We ask not to disturb our neighbors with loud parties or music, and that only the amount of people that are stated in the contract stay in the house overnight. We do not allow any live bands or DJ's or speakers (Karaoke) This is an Air B n B requirement that I must enforce. Failure to do so would void the rental agreement and you would be escorted off the premises.
