This Beautiful Riverfront Property & rests at the bottom of the Great Smoky Mountains. This property is at the bend of the river for an amazing fishing experience. You will not be disappointed. The cottage has a loft with two queen beds, main level has one king size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. You will LOVE this super cute cottage as you enjoy east Tennessee. You are located one hour from Knoxville or Asheville and 45 mins. from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The space The cottage is one bedroom (king) with a loft. The loft has 2 queen size beds. It also has a pull out sleeper sofa. It consists of 1.5 baths and a beautiful shower. This is the cutest coziest cottage. You can sit on the deck for hours or grill a steak on the amazing grilling station. Fishermen's PARADISE at the bend of the river. You will love this spot. We have a no pet policy because this is a newer property. The deck is the best feature by far, with the view, and the cottage comes with it! Guest access You will have the ENTIRE cottage to yourself. ENJOY! Other things to note No non-guests should be on the property, no loud music, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and no parties! If something is broken or gets broken, the owner must be notified immediately. This property is only available it you live further than 50 miles from the 37821 area code. If you are in the area to visit family of friends that live within 50 miles of this cottage, they are not allowed on the property (anytime) without prior to booking approval from the owner. This is not a venue or a gathering place. This is a nice relaxing place with limited guests. You seriously could show up with your clothes, toothbrush, and food and we will have everything else for you! As the guest, you can ask the host for an early check-in or late checkout. That will depend on the cleaning schedule, whether we can grant that request--no guarantee. If granted, there will be an additional fee of $30 due 24 hours before you check-in.
