One closet in the primary bedroom is marked PRIVATE and reserved for owner storage. The heated pool is a shared association amenity — open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note there is no access to Baypoint resort amenities — that area is private and separate from this condo. There is no walkable beach or direct lake access from the property. Other things to note The condo is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels. The pool is owned and operated by the condo association — we do not control its availability or hours. There is no direct access to Lake Erie from the condo. Seasonal bugs are also common in the area especially in the months of May and June and, although we do our best to limit them, it is impossible to ensure that seasonal bugs around Lake Erie won't be present. We recommend keeping exterior lights off as much as possible as it will attract them towards doors and windows.
