3 floors, sleeps 12, 3.5 baths in Marblehead

Three floors, three bedrooms and 3.5 baths in Lakeside Marblehead, so a group of up to 12 can spread out. October weekends suit fall walleye trips, Catawba winery days and Halloweekends at Cedar Point. From November through March we host monthly stays of 30+ nights with utilities included, central heat, in-unit laundry and garage parking. Both third-floor bedrooms have their own bathroom. Each level has its own living space, so a group, two families or a crew on a long assignment can spread out instead of sharing one room. 🛏️ First floor • Bedroom 1: queen bed with a twin bunk above • Game room with a large Smart TV, foosball table, wet bar and a full-size pull-out sofa • Full bathroom • Patio with a gas grill (the patio row is shared with neighboring units) 🍳 Second floor • Open living and dining room with a full-size pull-out sofa • Full kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, wine fridge, pots, pans and dishes • A desk and chair in the kitchen for laptop days • Half bathroom • Screened balcony with partial Lake Erie views • Laundry room with washer / dryer 🛁 Third floor • Bedroom 2: queen bed, its own full bathroom (double sinks, jetted tub and shower), Smart TV and a private balcony • Bedroom 3: queen bed plus a full bed, its own full bathroom and a Smart TV 🏠 For longer stays • Utilities included • In-unit washer and dryer • Central heating and air conditioning • WiFi at 100+ Mbps • Four parking spaces: one inside the detached garage, one in front of it and two right outside the front door • Pack 'n play, toddler bed and high chair for little ones 🏊 The heated association pool is seasonal: it opens Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day. Guest access The whole three-floor condo is yours, except one closet in the third-floor primary bedroom that is marked private for owner storage. Parking is four spaces: one inside the detached garage, one in front of it and two right outside the front door. Work trucks are welcome as long as each fits in a standard parking space. The heated pool belongs to the condo association, is shared with residents and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day only. The condo is separate from the neighboring Baypoint resort, and its pools, beaches and marina are not included. There is no direct lake access or walkable beach from the property. Other things to note • Three floors, lots of stairs, no elevator. Bedrooms are on the first and third floors, and the kitchen and living room are on the second. Please think about this if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs. • The pool is a seasonal association amenity, open Memorial Day to Labor Day. We don't control its hours. • Near the lake, not on it. Balcony views of Lake Erie are partial, over neighboring rooftops. There is no lake access, no walkable beach, and no access to Baypoint resort amenities. • This is a condo community with shared walls and a shared patio row. Sound carries, so quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. • Monthly stays (30+ nights, November–March) require a signed rental agreement, a refundable security deposit and a background check. Utilities are included. There are no mid-stay cleans or linen changes; the washer and dryer are yours to use. • A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and hand soap and laundry pods is provided. For longer stays, plan to restock your own. • Please bring shampoo, conditioner and beach or pool towels. • Lake Erie mayflies and other bugs are common in May and June. Keeping exterior lights off helps. • Primary renter must be 21+. No pets, no parties. No smoking inside the condo, including the balconies; smoking outside is OK away from windows and open doors.
