The space This is Dream house is Paradise on the lake. This home is only 25 minutes from Clemson. If you are looking for a quiet place with an amazing view of Lake Keowee (including a spectacular Sunset), you have found it. This is a newly built home, very clean, featuring beautiful furniture & decor from around the world. It boasts a large dock on deep water, with room for you to park an additional boat and jet ski. We are looking for considerate vacationers only - no parties or smoking allowed. We want you to relax and appreciate the beautiful home inside with a lot art work and out, taking care of everything as you would your own. Nothing may be removed. You will have plenty of space for clothing & other belongings with the closets and furniture provided. A laundry area is available for your use. You will also have access to two fireplaces, a grand fire pit, two decks facing the lake, and a large gourmet grill, the feature of the outdoor kitchen. On the lower level, you will find another living area and kitchenette, with walk-out access to the grill/patio area. On small black sand beach. Free exercises; we are on top of mountain; be prepare to walk up and down hill. Guest access Guest have access to large private dock on deep water with two kayaks. Other things to note Unique items that give the home a romantic feeling: Monkey lamp collection from antique store, antique sewing machine & gramophone, furniture from India, Brazilian hardwood floors and Brazilian granite. Beamed wood ceilings throughout main floor. Large master suite with Jacuzzi bath. Wine Cellar will need to request to go inside, before arrive.
