This home is centrally located. It will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to be in Johnson City, Jonesborough or Erwin Tennessee. Also, ETSU is about 7 miles away and Bristol Motor Speedway is about 25 miles. Their are numerous trails and waterfalls in the area, including part of the Appalachian Trail, and also the Nolichuckey River is right down the road. This is a beautiful area to just come and relax with family and friends. The space This home is situated on what use to be a former church camp. It is surrounded by mountains and has creeks, trails and a pond. It sits off to itself and is still private even if there are other guests or events going on. The house has a sitting area upstairs and downstairs, along with a large kitchen and dining room area. The bedrooms are all fairly large except one and can hold extra air mattresses if needed. The bathrooms are also large. Guest access There are walking trails on the property. Also, there is a 9 hole frisbee golf course that is currently being re-done but you are welcome to play. Other things to note Pets may be accepted with prior approval and an additional non refundable pet deposit
