The House on the Hill at Buffalo Mountain

This private home is surrounded by mountains, creeks, trails and a pond. It sits off to itself and is private even if there are other guests/events going on. The house has a sitting area upstairs and downstairs, along with a fully stocked kitchen with coffee station, and dining room area. Very spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Enjoy nature from the front porch, backyard fire pit or go fishing the pond. Lots of space for outdoor play and free roaming. The space This is a beautiful area to come and relax with family & friends. The grounds are immersed in nature with numerous trails and waterfalls in the area, including part of the Appalachian Trail. The Nolichuckey River is minutes away. Not to worry, convenience isn't far! This property is a quick 10-15 minutes to Johnson City, Jonesborough or Erwin Tennessee. ETSU is about 7 miles away and Bristol Motor Speedway is about 25 miles. Enjoy the best of both worlds! Guests have access to The Camp pool from June 15-Sept 15. The property is home to one other rental cabin (duplex) and a retreat center. Several times a year we host weddings, family reunions and other small events. Guest access There are walking trails on the property. Also, there is a 9 hole frisbee golf course that is currently being re-done but you are welcome to play. Other things to note Pets may be accepted with prior approval and an additional non refundable pet deposit
