The space Internet access is provided, cable programing on two smart TVs, you'll have access to ESPN, your Netflix account, YouTube, etc. Our place offers an attached two car garage with a garage door remote for your convenience to use while you are our guest. A privacy fenced backyard too! The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, walk-in closet and access to the second bathroom across the hallway. The linen closet in the hallway is supplied with several towels, and extra linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size dishwasher, microwave, oven / stove, refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, and a vacuum. In the walk-in pantry you will find a variety of coffees to use in the Keurig coffeemaker, some complimentary breakfast foods and snacks. Dinning table has four chairs and an extra two stools for dinning for six. We also have an outside dinning table and chairs, and provide our guest a grill with charcoal and lighter fluid to enjoy! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire half of our duplex and two car garage. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, pantry, all full size appliances, washer and dryer, vaccum, two bathrooms, extra linens and antibacterial hand soap provided. Other things to note House rules: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside our place. No parties or distributing the peace. Your pets must be in their crate when left unsupervised. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture and must be picked up after. You will be able to come and go as you please and have use of the two car garage while staying at our place. We have a keypad lock that allows you to enter with a unique code that is generated for each guest.
