This custom built cottage is close to (approximately one mile) the Park Circle restaurants and activities, close to the airport, downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island. Option to rent the house next door, Island House Blue also if you are in need of two homes. City of North Charleston Short Term Rental Permit 2026-0275 The space This new house has three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry, a kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, living room with a futon couch (please note- this is not a pull out bed, there is a leather futon that can be pulled out into a bed in the living room), a back patio and front porch. The home has tiled floors throughout the house. The front of the house is an open living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances including and electric stove. The three bedrooms are towards the back of the house. The master bedroom has a private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bath. There is a partial fence along the left side of the house near the driveway and the back of the house. The back of the house has a patio and grill. There is an exterior security camera. We have never had any safety issues and our neighbors are great. This is an older area of Charleston so most houses are old and the neighbors have been there for many years! The front street can be busy at times with traffic so please watch your children if they are outside. The house is less than 1 mile from Park Circle, 8.9 miles from the downtown Charleston visitors center, 16 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island beaches, 5.5 miles from the airport, 3.3 miles from the Convention Center and Charleston Performing Arts Center and 6.1 miles from Daniel Island.
