AERIE: A "Coastal Living" Beach House

Committed cleaning crew with hospital-grade cleanser before each rental IOP has it all- great beaches and close to Charleston for dining and sightseeing. Aerie will suit any large family with spaces for all. WEEK ONLY rentals June 1-AUG 29. Private pool; 2 covered decks with lounge and hanging bed & hammock. The space Our home is licensed to accommodate NO MORE THAN 6 cars per rental in our private driveway/garage. IOP Police will ticket all cars in excess of 6. All excess vehicles can be parked in public parking spots on the island. We are happy to make suggestions. Guest access This is an entire beach home for rent. You will have unlimited private access to all, including the pool, fenced in for privacy and child protection, in our fenced in back yard, all ammenities in the house. All linens/beach towels included. Pool can be heated for set fee of $600 and minimum 3 days notice. Other things to note Please be aware that this home is in a very strict residential neighborhood, and while the temptation to "party at the beach" may exist, the IOP Livability Rules have strict guidelines for noise restrictions carrying over to neighbors' yards. Weeknights are restricted to 10PM; Friday and Saturdays until 11PM. Renters in violation WILL BE TICKETED by IOP Police and may forfeit all rents and be evicted if ticketed. All renters must read and sign IOP LIVIBILITY RULES before contract is accepted
