The open concept dining and living space decorated with mid-century modern furnishing gives you a feel of home. The main bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom is decorated with quality furnishings and houses a double bed. The in-suite laundry, and underground parking are additional amenities included with the suite that will make your Vancouver lifestyle that much more convenient. Guest access Building amenities includes, fully equipped fitness centre, swimming pool, sauna, bike storage, a party lounge and many more. Other things to note This is non-smoking unit. Any guests identified to be smoking will be asked to immediately leave and fines imposed by the Strata Corp will be the responsibility of the guest. Pets are welcome, however, the building has some pet restrictions, so please let me know in advance, the breed and weight of your fur baby. To help start your stay, all guests will be provided with two rolls of paper towels, toilet paper and some basic kitchen supplies. All other toiletry and kitchen items will be the guests' responsibility.
