Our townhouse is a two minute drive to the Squaw Valley Ski Resort. It has been completely remodeled and well appointed. The Village at Squaw is an easy eight minute walk. A free shuttle is offered from the Squaw Valley Ski Resort to Alpine Meadows Ski Area. Our place is perfect for couples and small families. The space This is the ‘signature’ unit at Squaw Valley’s coveted VALLEY VIEW townhome community. ‘Coveted’ because these are the only 2-story townhomes at the West End of the Valley (no one above or below you). #1 Valley View has been remodeled through-out and nicely appointed. The condo is 1100 sq ft and perfect for two couples or a small family. Much more spacious than a cramped hotel room and you will enjoy a full custom kitchen. Park your car 10 steps from the front door. Snow removal is provided to the doorstep. The main road location provides amazing unobstructed, panoramic views of the entire ski area, the Village and the golf course meadow through two large picture windows. Sliding glass doors to a small deck offer similar views. When you wake up in the morning views of the ski area are available from the comfort of your bed. Enjoy holiday fireworks from the living room. Across the street horsedrawn sleighs and dogsleds ply the meadow. Beautiful morning and sunset vistas. You see the twinkling of the lights from the Village … a mere six to eight minute walk to nightlife and numerous restaurants. In addition to world class downhill skiing and snowboarding at Squaw Valley USA, you can also enjoy cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, dogsledding and ice skating right here in the valley. You are a short drive to Tahoe City and Truckee for additional restaurants and nightlife. Other things to note There will a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), a 1% Squaw/Alpine Transportation Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment added to the rental rate and must be paid separately by check.
