We wanted quality with the comfort of a cottage feel. Our beautiful open kitchen is complete for any chefs meal and overlooks the lush outdoor area. The space The Sunset Cottage is in the heart of North Naples. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage, perfect for 2 couples or a couple with children. It is newly remodeled, which means that literally everything inside down to the appliances, cookware, linens, flooring, doors, bathtub, light fixtures, faucets, furniture, and door handles are all new. We wanted quality with the comfort of a cottage feel. The open kitchen has barstools for extra seating and looks out into the living room and the large sliding doors which open onto the screened porch and fenced backyard. There are 2 twins in the guest room, with the fully remodeled guest shower and bath. The master has a queen size bed and ensuite with a brand new tub and shower. It is partially fenced in. *Please note that this is attached to another unit (duplex) which sits beside the cottage, however the cottage itself is completely private with its own front and backyard, driveway, and entrance and lives like a single family home. Our cottage is close to the Everglades & 33 miles to Rookery Bay Estuarine Research Reserve near the 10,000 Islands. 30 miles to Marco Island. 8 miles to Downtown Naples 5th Avenue and the 12th Street Pier. 7.7 miles to Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens and 12.7 miles to Naples Botanical Gardens.
