This is the basement unit 1 mile west of Lava Hot Springs. Upper unit is permanently occupied. Unit is fully furnished and stocked. It is only about one mile to the Hot Pools, Olympic Pools, River Tubing and Golfing. You can also enjoy Skiing, Running, Tennis, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and some great views. The space Large great room for fun family or group gatherings. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and living room all connected together. Guest access You will have access to the full lower unit which is accessed from the back of the home. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great room with kitchen, dining room and family room all connected. The upper unit (front of the home) is permanently occupied by my parents. Other things to note The upper unit is occupied. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. Please enter on the back side of the home in door 1, 2 or 3.
