The apartment has two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and 3 extra single mats It is comfortable for 4 people, two in each room, but I accept up to 8 :) The garage is shared with my car but it fits a car very well for guests. They are given control for access at any time they like :) Other things to note I live behind the apartment. The patio is my house and is 100% shared with the guest.
