The villa offers parking for one car, and a few steps lead to a spacious terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, barbecue and a Mediterranean garden. The space A dedicated parking space welcomes you, with just a few steps leading up to your private oasis. Here, you’ll find a spacious, sun-drenched terrace complete with a large private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing afternoon on one of the sun loungers. Multiple sun patios offer various spots to unwind, and a dedicated outdoor dining area with a BBQ invites you to enjoy al fresco meals. All of this is nestled within a charming Mediterranean garden, creating a truly secluded and peaceful escape. Please note that while the villa is a duplex, your rental unit, Balia-L, is entirely private, as the adjoining apartment will remain empty during your stay. From the pool terrace, a short set of steps takes you to a beautiful, private patio that serves as the entrance to Villa Balia-L. Inside, the living space is bright and comfortable, featuring a cozy seating area and a dining space. A television with satellite and DVD player is available for your entertainment. The living room provides direct access to a lovely balcony, where you can take in panoramic views of the pool area and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs. You'll find two comfortable twin bedrooms, both with air conditioning, that share a well-appointed bathroom. For your convenience, a washing machine is located in a separate utility room behind the villa. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
