There is nothing quite as beautiful as an Arkansas sunset with flames of red, orange, and yellow all throughout the sky as light bounces off the ripples on the water. Located off the beaten path on Bull Shoals Lake lies our resort with 6 cottages to choose from. You will feel at home, away from home in our fully equipped cottages. If you would like to hear nature, the birds, the wind rustling the leaves, even the rain this is the perfect place to be. Free slip in our boat dock comes with rental. A cozy studio that has it all. With a queen bed tucked away as well a living area, dinning spot and fully equipped kitchen this cottage is the cutest. Great sunrise of Bull Shoals Lake while relaxing on the deck with your morning coffee. bbq and picnic table as well right outside your cottage Perfect for a couple and perhaps a child on the futon. A free slip in our 6 stall boat dock comes with your rental. The dock is also a great spot to jump into the lake, fish or just relax. Electricity available as well as lights for some night time fun. Our seasonal pool is open Memorial day to Labor day. If the weather is good may be open longer send us a message to find out. The lake is managed by the ACOE and the water levels are out of our control. At times you can walk right from the road onto our dock as at times it's a hike on rocky terrain. On site owners! We will be there if you need us but respect your privacy as we want you to feel at home in our resort. We do like to greet you when you arrive to say hi and tell you where everything is located and put a face to your hosts if you should need us. It is just the 2 of us and we try and be here but may have to run errands at times Bull Shoals is a large water way for your enjoyment. Our dock is the perfect place to start. No matter what you like to do there is room on the lake for it: water skiing, tubing, or just plane jumping in the lake. Plenty of coves for peace and quite or to throw in you fishing line. There are many marinas and a few restaurants on the water if you don't want to leave the lake or there are plenty in town about 30 minutes away Please keep in mind you are in the great outdoors. Along with the beauty come creepy crawly things like chiggers, ticks, snakes, wasps and flies. Bringing some bug spray along helps as well as keeping doors closed at all times. You may see some deer, turkey's, armadillos, since we are in the woods a bear or coyote and other predictors may be near so use caution. The Dock! Included in your rental is a slip in our 6 stall dock. The stalls measure 10x20. There is electric to plug in your toys, a ladder to help you back up if you choose to jump in. Please note the following. The army core of engineers controls our lake level. At time you can drive the 650 yards from the resort and park and walk right onto the dock. If the levels are high you will need to hike down the trail. Both ways are walkable but are steep and a rocky incline. So use caution. At times of high water an alternative boat launch will be needed.There is no sandy beach it is a rocky area. You will find boating and fishing rules in each cottage and agree to follow all rules. We have 2 game cameras on the dock!!! There is NO lifeguard at either the dock or pool you agree to use at your own risk. Owners are not liable or stolen or damaged properly.
