Cozy Oceanfront Cottage

This is a cozy cottage on the Atlantic with two bedrooms downstairs and a wonderful loft overlooking the living room which is fun for kids especially. There is plenty of living space and it is perfect for up to four people. The sun porch on the ocean side is a wonderfully relaxing spot for coffee, meals or for watching the lobster boats come and go. The view is of Frenchman's Bay and of the mountains of Acadia National Park (a 40 minute drive away). The space Our cottage is great for people who are looking for a quiet time in a beautiful setting on the ocean. It is wonderful for children as the beach is superb. the loft is great fun, but very small children must be supervised as they could fall between the spindles. Guest access Tennis, boating and fishing are a short walk from the cottage. You can kayak from our beach. There is a fee for tennis and dock privileges. There is a clothes washer and dryer in the dug out basement of the cottage included in the rental fee. Other things to note We have a one week stay minimum.
