We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything. The Space: Our two-bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, has stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A washer and dryer are available inside the apartment for your convenience. There is no parking included with this stay. There is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options. The property is located in a prime location, in the heart of downtown, and parking may be difficult to find. We recommend parking in the Yum Center Garage, though it can fill quickly during an event. There are bars, restaurants, nightlife, and live music venues on the ground level and noise can be heard in the suite. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: This area offers something for everyone. The Downtown location allows easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and much more. Located right on W Main St are bars with character, museums, and necessities such as ATMs, coffee shops, and additional parking if needed. This modern suite is within walking distance to large attractions such as the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Fourth Street Live, and many more. Getting Around: If you’re traveling on your own, our suite is located right on W Main St, a popular street in Louisville with many conveniences that connects to other main roads. Louisville's bike share program, LouVelo, is only three blocks to the nearest station. Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
