Situated on the 4th floor of the building, there is a lift up to the apartment entrance. The lift can occupy up to 8 people. LIVING AND DINING ROOM A lovely bright space, with wooden floorboards and large windows, which provide access to the balcony beyond. The room comprises of a dining table and chairs, a decorative fireplace with a monochrome tile surround and a seating area by the window. This includes a white sofa and wooden coffee table, with surrounding house plants and artwork on the walls. There is also a decorative piano and piano stool, plus a portable air conditioning unit — to keep you cool whilst you play. BALCONY The balcony can be accessed from the living area and has views to the surrounding area, including the roof tops of Paris. There is also a table and chairs for relaxing in the Parisian sunshine! You can also access the balcony from the kitchen and master bedroom. KITCHEN Through to the adjacent kitchen, which is contemporary in style, with artistic, geometric tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler)you will need during your stay and there is a breakfast bar with bar stools as well. MASTER BEDROOM This minimalist bedroom includes a King-size double bed, a wardrobe and a desk with chair. Pretty lighting decorates the space. There is also an en suite bathroom. EN SUITE The en suite bathroom includes a basin, mirror and walk-in shower, tiled in stone and mosaic tiling. SECOND BEDROOM On the right of the entrance hall, is the second bedroom. This room includes a Queen-size double bed, desk with chair and bookshelves. WC There is a WC and basin for convenience, with bookshelves above. THIRD BEDROOM This bedroom is equipped with a double bed. It is decorated in with bright posters and a geometric mirror hangs on the wall. There is a wardrobe and 2 desks with accompanying chairs as well. UTILITY CUPBOARD There is a utility cupboard in the hallway, where you can find the washing machine. BATHROOM There is a further bathroom, with a basin and walk-in shower. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** This home has step-free access. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing.
