Serene Forest setting, in quiet Donner Lake neighborhood. Besides the three bedrooms, there is a double fold down couch and a twin day bed in the living room. NOTE: THERE IS ONLY ONE SHOWER, and a double person claw tub, with a hand held shower. Also, we love pets! But due to the additional cleaning and maintenance the comes with pets, we have a $150 per pet fee and a strict policy of no pets on the bed or furniture. Guest access The entire space is available. 2 closets will be locked with our personal items, and there will be a garage for a mid size care available. We pay for yearly snow plow contract.
