Our priority is to provide you with a homely & comfortable stay. The apartment is a large, elegant Victorian property with spacious rooms and a modern, attractive interior. We endeavour to provide you with everything you will need during your stay with us whilst exploring our magnificent city. The space Bootham is an exclusive area of York situated around 5 minutes walk into the centre. We are located in a quiet street just off Bootham itself, close enough to be near to the heart of the city but far away enough to be able to enjoy the peace when you return. Guest access The front yard is available for access but the back yard is shared with the property above so we would prefer you do not use this unless it is for emergency situations.
