While the water is perfectly safe, it does sometimes smell bad. To help mitigate this as best we can, we have installed a whole-house water filtering system. This system filters all the water coming into the house, including the water for the dishwasher, washing machine, and showers. In addition, we have installed a reverse-osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink to provide the purest possible drinking water.
