The expansive outdoor entertainment areas offer panoramic views of the majestic Mother Mountain ( Mt Beerwah), providing a picturesque backdrop for your relaxation. While our home may not be brand new and shiny, it exudes a timeless charm that pays homage to the craftsmanship of old, using timber sourced from our very own land. It's a delightful blend of old-school farm building, art house aesthetics and modern amenities that we wholeheartedly embrace, wrinkles and all. As a working Ginger farm, we share the property with our own residence and the Old Barn house. Our farm is home to a variety of animals, including cows, goats, chickens, geese, and guinea fowl. Nature enthusiasts will find our location ideal, serving as a perfect base for bushwalking, mountain climbing, or simply unwinding amidst nature's embrace. Our home comfortably accommodates 6 guests, and we warmly welcome children under the age of 5 who can sleep with their parents at no additional cost. Please Note, NO parties or functions are allowed due to council regulations. While you are free to explore the majority of our property, we kindly request that you refrain from walking among the Ginger fields or stables for Bio Security reasons and if you intend on bringing a drone please inform us as we have strict areas this can be flown. Other things to note We warmly welcome children to our property, but it is essential that they are supervised at all times due to the presence of large animals and unfenced dams. For safety reasons, entering animal enclosures or paddocks is strictly prohibited. With three King beds, our home can accommodate a maximum of six people, unless they are children under five years of age who can sleep with their parents at no additional cost. We have a zero-tolerance policy for guests attempting to bring in pets or extra people beyond their booking. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Please note that we have a friendly farm dog, a Staffy, who roams freely to protect our small animals. If anyone in your party has a fear of dogs, kindly consider this before booking. We do not permit trail bikes or similar vehicles to ride around the property, as we are not insured for any bike or 4x4-related accidents. We do offer WIFI through Starlink, but unfortunately, we can not guarantee its availability 100% of the time due to our location, Telstra is the only network that has a tower close to the property all other networks will not work if our starlink is down. However, most networks do work within 500 meters of our top gates. Lastly, as our property is a 50-acre farm, it is important to note that you may encounter various forms of wildlife during your stay. This could include such things as kangaroos, goannas, field mice, insects, snakes etc. We strive to maintain a harmonious coexistence with the natural environment, and while these wildlife sightings can be fascinating, we advise guests to exercise caution and respect their habitats. The Barn house is professionally sprayed yearly for insects but we cannot guarantee that some won’t still find their way inside, we are on a farm filled with all sorts of wonder wildlife, so if an ant etc does cross your path during your stay we do provide you with a can of fly spray. Please note that we do not provide food or drinks, all food shown in photos was for staging only. Please note we do not provide firewood, kindling , fire starters or matches.
