Idyllic corner for its absolute tranquility, easy access, surrounded by pure nature where you can enjoy the 4 annual seasons, In its surroundings you can enjoy many activities, the dimensions of the house allow a lot of comfort and play. We want all guests to feel comfortable as in their own home. The space * HOUSE LOCATION The house, “Can Torrent Vell” is located in the core of the town of Rocabruna, which belongs to the municipality of Camprodon ( Girona-Spain ). The town of Rocabruna is located in an idyllic corner for its tranquility ( see map). “EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE” It is a rural house rebuilt, between 1976 and 1978, using the same stones of the old one and preserving the same perimeter. The originality of it is that it maintains a symbiosis between past and present. A proof of this is the stone staircase to the access to the house. *DESCRIPTION OF THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE The house has five bedrooms and has a capacity for 10 people. It is distributed in three levels: In the first level we find a big space divided into two sectors: in one is the garage located, in the other a game room with a ping-pong, a billiards and other games that can also be practiced in different rooms of the house. On the second level there is a large kitchen with a fireplace, a spacious living room formed by the dining area , and with a spacious and cozy home, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a staircase that leads to the third level and a splendid terrace from which you can admire the Castle and its surroundings. On the third level we can see a cozy distributor that provides access to three rooms and a full bathroom. The five rooms are laid out as follows: 2 double beds 2 double bed or 4 beds. 1 double sofa bed 1 extra bed as needed. 1 crib of infants. The rest of the space is a green zone of approximately 650 m2. *the NATURAL ENVIRONMENT The house is located in a small valley facing south and receives the influence of the Mediterranean climate. It is an area where you can observe the transition from Mediterranean vegetation to the middle mountain. Some of the most important summits are the “Comanegra” and “Montfalgars”, “Gra de Fajol”, etc. In this environment you can see small torrents with their waterfalls, animals such as the wild boar, roe deer, mole, mole, foxes and rabbits, etc. Also the sparrows, swallows, woodpeckers, rattan eagles, myrtle, owls, cuckoo, etc. * ANNUAL STATIONS The difference in seasons arises from temperature and greenery changes.
