Extensive decks & piers onto the 2 acre pond offer many places to fish, relax, or enjoy a meal by the firepit. The roofed, semi outdoor spa area features a hot tub, huge hot rock aroma therapy steam sauna, & an indoor lap pool. There is wifi throughout, and Roku TV in both the grand room & master bedroom. The space Catfish-Rosewood Manor sets in front of a 2 acre pond, with a mini island and relaxing, aerating fountain. Walk out of the sliding glass doors from the grand room or the french doors in the master bedroom onto a large pondside porch. It offers the following amenities: barbecuing; paddle boating, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing in our 2 stocked ponds; walking the trails & lawns of our 18 acre property; bird & wildlife watching & photo ops. Guest access The entire Catfish-Rosewood manor is your groups private area. Guests enjoy access to paddle boats, canoe and kayaks for use in our ponds as well as fishing poles, no license required to fish in our private stocked ponds. Other things to note Wolf Pen Gap Trail Heads are 5 miles down the road, and ATVs can be ridden to them via county road 51, just across 375 e from the Resort.
