The house is located inside an elegant holiday residence used mainly by the owners of the apartments in the summer season. The residence has three entrances, two of which are automatic gates with remote control for cars and a pedestrian entrance. Inside the residence, there are large terraces and avenues where you can take walks with flower beds always cared for by gardeners. Access to the pool is free, but you must use a swimming cap. The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is always supervised by a lifeguard who monitors order and safety. The pool can be used from the second half of June to the end of September. The residence also has a large free parking lot where you can park your car in total safety. The sea in front of the house is freely accessible and is also easily accessible to the elderly and children. The beach is very large. About 300 meters away there are equipped bathing establishments where you can rent a sun umbrella and armchairs. The use of the pool during peak periods is limited to two people in the water at the same time. The use of the cap is obligatory together with the obligation of the shower before entering the water in respect of hygiene.
