Masterfully restyled within to embody chic, contemporary living, the open-plan lounge and dining area instantly bids you to relax with its distinctive architecture, soulful soft furnishings and soothing house plants. It's a mood heightened by the travel and nature-themed art adorning the walls that may just inspire a sense of wanderlust. A hint of minimalism is on show in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, harmonious with its white splashback tiling, accent lighting and wood worktops. Exposed wood beams bring a pinch of period charm to the bedroom, situated in the eaves of the home and playing host to a plush double bed, vintage bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Returning to a more contemporary style, the bathroom instantly catches the attention with its lush tropical atmosphere and comprises a freestanding roll-top bath, shower, double wash basin and washing machine. WE LOVE Being part of the Columbia Road community, the flat is beautifully decorated with plants from the famous flower market throughout – particularly the brilliantly botanical bathroom. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** For taller guests, it’s worth bearing in mind that this characterful home has a low ceiling in parts of the top floor — particularly around the bathroom door. The bathroom has recently been updated to create an urban jungle with a plethora of amazing plants. For this reason, for bookings over a week, a Veeve representative will visit the property to water the plants. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
