The space This 1,388 sq. foot home is neatly decorated with upgraded lighting, bathroom, and new wood interior blinds which makes for a cozy home. The kitchen has premium stainless steel appliances with hardwood floors throughout the main areas. There are 3 bedrooms with closets. Additional Details - Amenities include a full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, flat screen TV, and free Wi-Fi - Awesome location - just minutes from the Historic District, shopping, dining, and more! Policies: - No smoking inside - $400 charge for any signs of smoking inside or outside of property - No Pets Allowed - Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight - Must be at least 21 years old to book - The property is not child proof - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Weekly & Monthly reservations accepted Other things to note ** Please note: The house does not have a formal dining table ** We provide 2 bar stools at the counter as well as 4 table trays that can be used while sitting in the living area. While the house does have a new HVAC unit (and freezes are rare in Texas), we recommend checking the weather for your visit. The house was built in 1969, and in the case of extreme cold temps, a pair of slippers or good thick socks for walking on the floors will be useful. We also provide a space heater and extra blankets in the home.
