The space This place is unique in that it's a single family house - no sharing walls with other units. It's multi-level with tons of space to spread out. We love it because it's built to entertain - lots of beds, multi-level living, plenty of seating with sectional couch, fireplace, large TV, and kitchen table seating for all. With the large garage and separate mudroom, all your gear is out of the way and you can kick back and relax. It's such a great spot for all seasons. The garage is great if you kayak or bike during spring/summer/fall or want to get skis/gear or car out of the conditions in the winter. A: The Common Man, Black Mnt Burger Co are faves in Lincoln. We like the Woodstock Brewery & Rustic River restaurant in Woodstock. Q: Do you have a hot tub? A: There is no hot tub in the house, but you have free access to hot tubs in the Village of Loon health club. Q: Do you have a gas grill? A: Yes, we have a gas grill on the deck. Other things to note Due to Covid-19 we have updated our cleaning protocols & bedding. All bedding including duvet covers will be swapped out after each stay. We will utilize chemicals recommended and approved by both the EPA & CDC. In addition to the regular cleaning products, institutional Clorox and an Ecolab hand spray sanitizing solution will be used. o The hand spray is an EPA-registered, Quaternary disinfectant cleaner for use in hospitals. Kills HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, herpes simplex I and II and other pathogens. Rinse-free and has pleasant fragrance. o The Clorox wipes will be used to sanitize door knobs, light switches, railings, remote controls and thermostats. o The spray and wipes will be utilized after each guest.
