Great Place The space Great Place offers breathtaking ocean and marsh views, making it the perfect destination for your next vacation. This stunning property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. Step inside to a generously sized, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for six and a dining table for eight, perfect for family meals or entertaining. The oceanfront living area provides the ideal spot to relax, watch the waves, or enjoy a movie night. The lower level includes a master oceanfront bedroom with private bath, a half bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs, a cozy oceanfront sitting area with a TV and a selection of books leads to a covered porch for enjoying refreshing sea breezes. Four additional bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, offer comfort and space for everyone. Recent updates include luxurious vinyl tile and carpeting throughout the home. Outside, the expansive 240-square-foot gated lower deck is perfect for sunbathing or a barbecue with the provided charcoal grill. This pet-friendly home allows up to two dogs (additional pet fees may apply), so the whole family can join in the fun. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower makes post-beach cleanup effortless. High-speed 1 Gigabyte internet keeps you connected during your stay. Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals: Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided, but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. A Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used) Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with applicable fee (2 dogs allowed; additional pet fees may apply)   Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. From our entire staff, welcome to Holden Beach!  Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
