Beautiful Cayuga Lakehouse weekly rentals July Aug

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter. We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space 2 bedroom house on the west shore of Cayuga Lake just minutes from downtown Ithaca. There is a hot tub on the deck, 4 kayaks and a canoe for guest use, and firepit for night time fun. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a Jenn Air stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and faces the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Two full bathrooms and a mudroom entryway. 42" flatscreen TV with 200 channels of cable including a DVR for recording shows. There is a DVD player with a DVD library and book library as well. The house has central heat and central Air Conditioning. There is a gas grill on the deck and a patio table that seats six. The two bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by a spiral staircase. The staircase is narrow and can be difficult to maneuver for elderly or people carrying an infant. We lived there with my son after he was born and were able to carry him up and down without incident. Guest access The rental is for the entire house including the deck, hot tub, beach, pier, fire pit, kayaks, canoe, and lake. There are two parking spots in the parking area next to the house and additional parking up the steep driveway by the road. ***Please note: the property includes the pier on the right side of the picture. It does not include the wooden double decker dock seen on the left side of the picture. Other things to note We provide hand towels in the bathrooms, dish towels in the kitchen, pillows and blankets in the bedrooms and for the sofa bed in the living room. The house has toilet paper, paper towels, and hand and dish soap. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and staples. We supply bath and beach towels and bed sheets. We also supply a couple of bundles of campfire wood for the fire pit down by the water. In addition, the house is twenty steps down from the parking area. The is a deck that wraps around to the back of the house and overlooks the lake. There is an additional 46 steps down to the lake. By the lake there is a pier with gravel and lots of chairs and lounge chairs where there is a camp fire pit. There is a small beach area and a rustic boathouse. Inside the boathouse is a mini fridge for keeping your beverages cold. There are several life jackets. Most are adult size but there are a few for kids. There are paddles for the kayaks and canoes and some old fishing gear. There is a swim ladder that can be used at the end of the pier.
