The apartment is located in the newly built and freshly furnished house "Flunder & Hering" in 2018 in 1st location to the Baltic Sea and can accommodate up to four people. The unobstructed sea view of the Bay of Lübeck and the lake-side terrace are the highlights of the apartment. Vacation apartment 3 "Heiterer Hering" - Sierksdorf Decorated in a clear and bright Scandinavian style, the 40 m² apartment is located directly on the Sierksdorf Baltic Sea beach. It is located in the house "Flunder & The space Hering" and can accommodate up to four people for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday by the sea with unobstructed sea views of Lübeck Bay and sea-side terrace. The Baltic Sea right outside the door & pure sea view The house is located in the first row – and thus directly on the Sierksdorf promenade and the fine sandy beach. From the living room and the terrace, there is a wonderful sea view over the Bay of Lübeck and nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest restaurant: In the 100-meter away Hof Sierksdorf, holiday guests can dine during the day and in the evening. A short walk along the promenade (800 meters) takes you to bakers, cafes and shops in Haffkrug. House The apartment is equipped with a separate bedroom and an open kitchen-living room. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.60 m wide). In the living area, guests can also use a sofa bed (1.40 width – with mattress and slatted base) for overnight stays – so that up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The kitchen-living room convinces, among other things, with a refrigerator, incl. Freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven and thus leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The large, sea-facing window front with a terrace in front offers a fantastic panorama. The terrace area is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. A washing machine and dryer are also available for shared, free use. Entertainment There is a flat screen tv and a Wi-Fi connection in the living room. Design and style The apartment impresses with its new furnishings with clean lines in Scandinavian style. The 40 m² apartment is optimally divided for a holiday stay and invites families and friends to linger.
