Welcome to Bavaria! We invite you to spend a relaxing and amazing holiday in the land of mountains and lakes. Enjoy the Alps and the regions around them, with all their hidden beauty. Discover mountain summits, cristal-clear lakes, small, old villages in the typical bavarian style and a lot of attractions. A special holiday, with a lot of cordiality and hospitality awaits you. The space A holiday home, full of recovery and relaxation, atmosphere and coziness. The generous, two-floor apartement is about 90 m², separated from our own house, and has a big living room with dining area and open kitchen, three bedrooms (one of them is open, throughout) and two bathrooms. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Free WIFI is, of course, included. The living area is spread over two floors, witch are conected by indoor-stairs. On the first floor, there are the entrance area with guest-WC, changing room and indoor-stairs, also the wide and open living room with dining and TV area with entrance to the balcony. Also on the first floor there are a bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedroom's and a bathroom with WC. All common, electrical devises are present. The furniture contains enough space for sitting as well as storage place. For small children there is a cot, as well as some highchairs. All beds equip new, comfortable mattresses. The kitchen contains all usual cooking devises, as well as a small stock of groceries like pasta, cereals, salt, oil, spices and tea. If you happen to have an extra wish, just call / write / talk to us, we will surely find a solution! Other things to note Of course, you are allowed to use our large garden, too, for the kids there is a playground with a sandbox, a swing, a small house with slide and a small climbing frame. In the summer there also is a big trampoline. With pleasure we would set up our sauna for the guests. Although it is pretty simple and rustic, it still refils the body with new energy. No matter how old you are – everyone benefits from the positive effects. It strenghtens not only the immune system, but also the cardiovascular system. The change between hot and cold has an effect on the immune system and is like a „training“ for the blood vessels! For the skin, regular visits of a sauna are good as well, through sweating the body excretes harmful substances and the skin becomes soft and tender. After a visit of the sauna, you will feel relaxed and vitalized. The first sauna session is free of charge for you, others for a small surcharge
