The Quarters at Lansdowne

Renovated 1850s brick dependency. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs - four poster double bed, queen iron bed and full walk-in shower/bath. Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and Murphy bed with shower/bath downstairs. Ground floor rooms were originally a kitchen and washing/ironing room with built in kettle for hot water. The cook, butler and children's nurse lived on the 2nd floor; our family occupied it since the 1940s. Cotton, sheep and cattle raised on the property from the 1870s to 1960. The space Carport, covered galleries on both floors, large patio and lawn shared with owner and other guests, and ten acres of beautiful grounds and gardens. Guests are invited to tour the main house, filled with furnishings, portraits and mementos of seven generations of the owner's family. Guest access Guests have access to the whole two floor home.
