The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Klabautermann residential and commercial building. On the ground floor, there are only quiet commercial units such as offices and small The space Kitchen area (about 24 sqm), a small balcony, hallway, a bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower area. For the third and fourth person, there is a sofa bed in the living area. The special feature is not only the fascinating view, but also the location directly in the harbor mile of the beautiful and newly emerging marina, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort. Watching the morning or evening glow and the sunsets over the harbor is a special colorful experience almost every day. Vacationing together – living separately? Also for a large family or two couples/small families who are on vacation together but want to live separately, this apartment in conjunction with the slightly larger 70 sqm PENTHOUSE harbor apartment "reeder s topp by Seeblick Ferien oro" is perfect: In the same house, only located on two different floors, these two apartments in a double pack together offer space for up to 8 people, but also the necessary distance! Have your baked goods delivered to your door every morning, that's vacation with lake view vacation oro. Important information about your apartment: Electricity and water costs are included in the travel price. For your comfort, we offer you the possibility to book bed linen and towels in the form of laundry packages directly from the agency Seeblick Ferien oro. The cost is about €24 per person. When booking these linen packages, your beds will already be made upon your arrival. Dogs are allowed, but there is a fee of €80 per dog per stay. These can be booked directly via Seeblick Ferien oro. A security deposit of €300 in cash is required upon arrival. This serves as security and will be refunded at check-out immediately after deduction of consumption costs. Construction activities in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz: We would like to point out that the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is currently in a constant state of change with construction activities. Please note that this has already been taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. We do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and underfloor heating. 1 bathroom equipped with a floor-level shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Directly on the Baltic Sea, in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany, in the northeast of Schleswig-Holstein, directly between Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea, a new, unique holiday resort of the extra class is being built, which impresses with its diversity. The Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is to become Northern Europe's largest maritime holiday resort. Embedded in incomparable nature, equipped with everything that makes the stay pleasant and varied all year round: a large marina, restaurants, cafés, shops and a leisure offer that leaves nothing to be desired for a new adventure vacation world. The following highlights await you on site: within walking distance to the fantastic, kilometer-long, DLRG-supervised Weidefelder beach. It has several beach sections (general bathing, nudist, dog beach and the world's unique shallow water windsurfing and kite area). There is also a cozy beach restaurant with beach chair rental, toilets and a playground. EDEKA supermarket, restaurant, adventure golf, marina with promenade, fresh fish directly from the cutter, traditional excursion sailor, canoe rental and Optimist sailing courses of the Globetrotter Academy, boat rental of the Olpenitz Marina and of course spectacular harbor cinema. The small dreamy village of Olpenitz very close by (3 km away) with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping as well as the famous fishing village of Kappeln an der Schlei with a small harbor operation about 7 km away. Kappeln was also known as "Deekelsen" from the popular television series "Der Landarzt". A trip to Bad Arnis, Germany's smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the eel regatta or the pirate spectacle in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful timber-framed village directly on the Schlei. Or, or, or. There is hardly a second such location in Germany on the entire Baltic Sea coast! If you love a quiet holiday close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even if the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently still undergoing constant change with construction. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. Recreational facilities or the like are still in the development phase and therefore not yet fully available. Information on the construction status can be obtained from Seeblick Ferien. The times (arrival between 4 pm - 6 pm and departure between 8: 30 a.m. - 10 a.m.), as agreed with our guest service on site. The times are scheduled exclusively by our guest service, whereby we always try to take your wishes into account. Linen packages can be booked separately (€24 per package).  The beds would then be made upon arrival. Baby cot/travel cot and highchair can be booked separately €20 per piece.
