The space Villa Leonore has 4 double bedrooms with its own/en-suite bathrooms, 1 bedrooms with two single beds , 1 half-bath, spacious living room, open-plan kitchen with dining area, heated outdoor pool, half-covered terrace with outdoor furniture and loungers, private parking lot, completely fenced courtyard, relaxation room and utility room. Total residential area of the villa is 230m2 while the plot area on which it was built is 500m2. Max. occupancy: Villa is recommended for 10 persons. The ground floor of the villa is designed as an open-plan space for socializing. Main entrance/hallway leads to the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modernly furnished and fully equipped (includes dishes, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle). You prepare your own meals. Dining area has a large wooden table, chairs for 8 people and a counter with 2 bar stools. There is a 65 inch flat-screen SMART TV with satellite channels, Netflix and YouTube service in the living room, a DVD player and an HDMI cable for connecting portable devices like laptop to the TV. One of four double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has access to the terrace. Separate half-bath and a utility room with a washing machine are on the ground floor too. Internal stairs lead to the first floor. First floor is designed as a sleeping and relaxation area which consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a relaxation room. Each of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom, super king size bed 180x200 cm, built-in wardrobe, SMART TV, air-conditioning and access to the balcony. Single bedroom has 2 single beds 80x200 cm, shabby chic office table, air-conditioning and access to the balcony. Relaxation room has a bathtub, a stationary bike and access to a balcony. We provide you bath and beach towels, hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap and shower gel. You have hairdryers and iron with ironing board at your disposal. We offer bed linen/towel change through a handover on a weekly basis. Outdoor swimming pool of 24m2 (8x3 m) is heated, has an easy stair entry, and an outdoor shower. The pool is in use from 1st of May until 31st of October with temperature between 25 and 30ºC. Spacious southern terrace has a surface of 80m2.
