Enjoy long naps in your beachside hammock. No other retreat is closer to the beach than this one! And while the beach is just steps away - so are the grills and the pool! Condo amenities include fitness centers. For easy loading and unloading, convenient parking is just down one flight of steps, or the elevator is right down the hall. The interior is professionally decorated to make your vacation a trip to remember. You will sleep in comfort on luxury bedding. There are televisions in every bedroom, so you won't miss your favorite shows or movies. The family room provides a large-screen TV and many games and puzzles perfect for family fun. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. The hot tub is closed. There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
