BBQ / BUFFET OR PARTY, OTHER ACTIVITIES EVENT is prohibited. Please get permission from house owner if you intend to use the house as bride house or marry reception, otherwise you renting will be terminated immediately. 2. No Drug 3. No Pet 4. Maximum number of guest is limited to 9 people. Please get owner permission if accomondate more than 9 people. 5. During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use. 6. Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as a good host. 7. Please note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by fault of the person that you are responsible of and that you are obliged to pay for it. 8. Please handle the house key with care. In case of losing your house key during the time of your stay we will charge RM50 for compensation. 9. Please lower down your voice, other resident that want to rest and avoid making noise in the house after 23.00 hours. 10. We will charge for cleaning fee RM 100 if there is massive cleaning to be done upon check out. 11. Comply to the community security rules. 12. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
