"Diemelskipper," we have long been looking for an original name for our new vacation home. We warmly welcome our holiday guests to Diemelblick 27. The newly developed holiday region in the heart of the Sauerland offers extensive opportunities for sports activities, cultural excursions and family gatherings. The newly and carefully furnished high-quality vacation home leaves nothing to be desired! The house is for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 The space people (plus sofa bed and toddler bed). From the entrance you enter the spacious living-kitchen-dining area, which is "openly" separated into two areas by a wood-burning stove and a shelf as a "room divider". From the dining area you have a magnificent view of the small "yacht harbor" of Lake Diemelsee. The kitchen invites you to cook and linger. In the living room area you can spend wonderful evenings with the family playing games, reading books or watching TV. The living area includes a sofa bed; extendable to 200 x 180 cm. In the basement you will find two bedrooms, both equipped with cozy box spring beds. In the "children's room", the box spring bed can be separated into two single beds (each 200 x 100 cm). There is also a hinged wall desk, so you can also escape to the "home office" and work in peace. In addition to a shower and a large sink, the large bathroom includes a bathtub and its own sauna, where you can relax comfortably. Between the sauna sessions you can relax in the garden's own beach chair. On summer evenings, you can spend pleasant evenings on the terrace with Weber barbecue units. For our smallest guests, you will find an adjustable high chair, crib with changing table and children's tableware. Your car is parked right outside the front door. If you bring ski equipment or e-bikes, they can be stored in the outbuilding. For the ski equipment there are separate, electrically supplied ski cabinets. Linens, towels, bathrobes and materials for the use of the wood fireplace can be booked via the property service for a fee. Events and family celebrations are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but not indoors. Note Images may show additional services, such as bed linens, towels, grill, etc., some of which can only be booked after the booking process has been completed, for a fee. If additional services are included in the rental price, they will be explicitly described in the listing. Some municipalities charge a spa fee. This is not included in the booking price. For arrivals within 5 days, we only accept payments by real-time transfer. Welcome to Sauerland, one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany! Winter sports, water sports, bathing fun, fishing happiness, hiking and cycling… This region is in season almost every season. Just a few minutes away by car, a little away from the tourist strongholds, Willingen and Winterberg, the village of Heringhausen is located in the middle of a wonderfully green nature area, directly on the beautiful Diemelsee. Whether as a peace seeker, as an active vacationer or with the whole family, you will experience the best views and pure nature on certified hiking trails and designated mountain bike and cycling routes. For a day trip, crystal-clear streams and romantic villages with historic buildings are waiting to be discovered by you in the immediate vicinity. The adventure park Fort Fun in Bestwig, Winterberg, Berleburg Castle or the place known to party guests far beyond the country's borders, Willingen, are also not far away. Heringhausen and the Diemelsee holiday village are still (!) considered an absolute insider tip in the region. However, the local tourist information office has already been extensively renovated and offers its guests, in addition to the super nice and informative staff, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with adjoining wellness and sauna area, as well as an interactive adventure exhibition about Lake Diemelsee.
