It has floor to ceiling windows and 180 degree unobstructed view balconies and terraces for you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a stunning view of the pacific coast located in the hills above world famous Puerto Nuevo Lobster Village. The space Full kitchen with island and 4 stools, round dining room with 4 chairs, living room and terrace. We offer 3 private bedrooms: #1 one queen bed and space for one queen air mattress. #2 one king bed and space for one queen and one individual air mattress #3 two queen beds and space for a a quien air mattress Common room has a full bed , bath, lounge , gym essentials, high table with two chairs and a breakfast table with 6 chairs. Here you can accommodate two queen air mattresses. This room is connected to a small patio with a bbq grill and cooler. The house has a two car garage for sports cars or small SUV’s or cars and plenty of driveway parking. Please know that the sleeping arrangements options. If you are traveling with more than 10 guests, we only provide 1 air mattress with electric pump but you can bring your extra mattresses as well and additional blankets and linens. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house/ garage and terraces with the exception of one room not included in the list for owner’s personal storage as well as some locked spaces in each closet and some in the kitchen. Other things to note Our property is a 3 floor house and there are stairs that lead to the common area. We have cameras on some property common areas
