Come and enjoy some simple southern hospitality. Entire guest house located on 3 acres that are gated and secured. Spacious and quiet with over 1700 sq ft of living area. Located less than 2 miles outside the city limits. All the convenience of the city in a remote and quiet area. Self check in at the gate, private entrance and carport parking. Located minutes from downtown area, major hospitals, parks and universities. Entire guest house, laundry room located in basement of guest house, pool area, patio area and entire front lawn. We operate our businesses from our home. We will be glad to assist you whenever needed. You are welcome to go and come as you please. We are usually up late and up by 8am in the mornings. Feel free to call if you should require any assistance. We are located on 20 acres, 3 of which are gated and secured. There is a railroad track located across the street from our property, the guest house is well insulated and our past guests have said that it isn't that loud inside the house. We are in a country setting that is less than 2 miles from the city limits. There is a gun range located nearby, they train service personnel to use a variety of weapons that you don't usually hear. They usually practice in the evenings from 6 -8pm. It's isn't loud enough to hear indoors, but we wouldn't want you to be alarmed if you were outside and heard gunfire. We operate a small crystal mining business and you will see us from time to time going behind guesthouse on 4-wheelers (we do leave this gate open when we are on top of hill. Covered carport parking We do have 3 standard poodles and a small mix breed dog that primarily stay indoors. There are times that they are out running the property, they are all friendly dogs. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we can put them on a dog run to keep them away from guest house. The laundry room is located in a downstairs room of the guest house and has to be entered from the outside.
