Come enjoy our large outdoor pool (heated year round). We are in a great location! My personal studio condo has a comfortable queen size bed and is perfect for a couple! Included is a dual power reclining love seat, breakfast bar & stools, entertainment center, and 43 inch smart TV. Our 3rd floor studio has no blinds to deal with as we have replaced them with drapes. The unique angle of the bldg provides our side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as Sun Splash Park. This smoke-free condo has everything needed to make your trip complete including oven with stove top, toaster, refrigerator, small coffee maker, cooking utensils, microwave, crock pot, ninja, iron, and linens. You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, use one of the pool side BBQ grills, or visit the large array of area restaurants. Guests are welcome to use our personal beach chairs and umbrellas. Our building is safe and well kept. There is an exercise room, a game room with ping pong table, air hockey, pinball, games, and a TV, a snack bar, and on-site laundry facilities. An ice machine is located in the snack bar in the lobby. There are additional bathrooms located conveniently in the lobby. The lockbox code and additional info will be emailed a couple of days before you travel. I can be reached by email or by calling or texting my cell. The front automatic lobby doors lock from 7pm to 7am. You will be provided a key upon arrival as well as a keypad code. We are in an awesome location! Two new restaurants are now open two doors from us Beachside (Landshark Bar and Grill and Crabby's Oceanside). Our building is only a half mile from the Main Street fishing pier which has Joe‘s Crab Shack Restaurant, Daytona Beach Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk Entertainment Complex with movie theater, restaurants, clubs, open air concerts, & much more! Beach Street is just over the bridge with dining, pubs, shops, and Jackie Robinson Ballpark (home of Tortugas). The Daytona International Speedway is located five miles away. Deep sea fishing charters and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are a short drive away. Attractions such as Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center are all within one hour. We are within walking distance of dining, shops, etc. Daytona has Voltran public bus transportation with a bus stop right next door in front of Sun Splash Park. Uber, Lyft, and local taxi are also available. PLEASE NOTE: We have a roofing project scheduled that began on September 24th. We are on the 3rd floor in 8 story building, and so far, have not been disturbed at all. Our newly resurfaced outdoor pool is heated year round. It has tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and charcoal BBQ grills located on the private deck. The pool is gated with access only to Harbour Beach Resort guests. On the beach, chairs, umbrellas, floats, bicycles, and four-wheelers are all available for rent.
