Cozy (2br-1ba) cabin nestled on the back of a .49acre wooded lot, and ready to host your upcoming getaway! Enjoy the relaxing view from the large living area with windows on three sides. The front patio is steps away from grilling, relaxing in tree hammocks, hanging out by the fire pit, etc! Plenty of parking available (boat too), and room for a tent/camper on the property. The cabin is a short 15min walk (or 2 min drive) to the community boat ramp & swimming area! Awesome Wifi included. The space The cabin is a brief 15min walk to Lake Texoma, (or 2min drive). Eisenhower State Park & Hagerman Wildlife Refuge are about 15mins (driving). A lot of wildlife pass by our area & even through the property (deer, fox, all sorts of birds, etc). Guest access The entire property Other things to note The main cabin has one primary bedroom with a queen size bed & there is a full size bed in the second detached bedroom across from the main cabin. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made by utilizing the two cots (with added padding available), the sofa in the living area, or select a spot outside to pop-up the tent. 10% discount for veterans or returning guests.
