Here, you’ll awaken to the enchanting melody of a red-headed woodpecker drumming on nearby trees, the soft cooing of morning doves, or even the gentle chatter of horses communicating across the pasture. The property boasts meandering walking trails that invite exploration, providing a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Your cabin is thoughtfully equipped with a sleek electric stove top, a spacious refrigerator, a microwave for quick meals, a toaster oven for warm breakfasts, and a coffee maker to kick-start your mornings. You’ll also find a full set of dishes and glasses, ensuring all your dining needs are met. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and excellent cell phone coverage so you can stay connected with the outside world, if you wish. Friendly pets are more than welcome to frolic and explore the farm, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of your getaway. As night falls, gather around the delightful fire pit, and don’t forget to bring along some firewood to enjoy cozy evenings under the stars. Just a friendly reminder: Willie, the inquisitive Black horse, has a playful habit of knocking on your door if you forget to share a peppermint. Guest access You'll have complete privacy with your own entrance to the house, and wait until you see the breathtaking view – it’s truly special! We're ideally located just 25 minutes from the stunning White Oak Falls, 15 minutes to the adventurous Old Rag Mountain, and a quick 20 minutes to the charming towns of Culpeper and Madison. Plus, you'll find the delightful breweries of Sperryville just 16 minutes away and beautiful Little Washington 25 minutes from your doorstep. For added fun, I’ve created a lovely 1/2 mile hiking and biking trail for you to explore! When you arrive, just follow the signs up the long driveway to your cabin – the door will be open, welcoming you inside. Can’t wait to see you soon! Other things to note I wanted to share a little bit about our beautiful country setting! Yes, living here means we occasionally see some bugs, but don’t worry! I’ve put in a lot of effort to keep your cabin comfortable and bug-free, though sometimes a little visitor might sneak in. I assure you, you're in good hands—my two cats and a friendly border collie are always on Bug Patrol! If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to call me—texting isn't the best way to reach me, as noted in the house rules. Getting to your cabin is simple! Just follow the signs along the long driveway. The door will be open for you; just use the lower knob to enter. You’ll find a cozy wood stove ready for use, which is perfect for chilly evenings.
